This should have arrived in the mail- or should be arriving ASAP. They were beginning to mail out the week of June 27, 2022 and will arrive in waves.
Don’t panic if you didn’t get it; you can still register online and activate your badge (see link on D23 Expo FAQs). You can also pick up a new badge if needed when you arrive at D23 Expo. But here are the basics straight from D23 Expo communications.

My D23 Expo badges haven’t arrived yet and I’m concerned I won’t be able to participate in online reservations. What should I do?
If you do not receive your badges before you have to depart for D23 Expo, you can visit D23 Expo Will Call at North Hall Level 200 at the Anaheim Convention Center when you arrive to have a new badge issued. Please bring your purchase Confirmation ID# or email confirmation as well as a photo ID. All reservations that you have made and confirmed will transfer to your new badges.

Hello. I am hoping you can help me activate my badges. I have two, and each has a six-digit number. I have tried for two days to activate them online, but each time I get the message “This barcode is invalid. Please check your entry and try again.” I don’t have a barcode. I have telephoned and emailed D23 and I can’t get an answer from anyone. Is there anything you can suggest?
So— it seems many people are having this issue, so you are not alone! The barcode is Disney wording; you are correct that the code is all you have on the badge. We think it’s just that the actual activation site hasn’t been “turned on” so to speak, so hang in there. Should be hearing more updates soon!
There is no activate button next to my tickets on the site. Also, do I have to transfer my wife and kids badges or can I activate them under my account? We all want to go to the same events obtained via the reservation system and not be split up. This whole process if very convoluted.
D23 sent out an update last week saying there are some issues with activation right now. Hopefully this gets corrected soon! And we agree that things are a bit convoluted. Hang in there- hopefully it sorts out sooner than later and more communication comes out as well.
I activated both of my 3 day Expo tickets. I then went to the step to transfer one into my daughters name with her correct email address. It says she should get an email saying that it was done~~she never has and that was more than a week ago. I doubled checked that I had put down her right email address and it was. What should I do now?? Thanking you in advance.
I would reach out to D23 directly via email and let them know. Hopefully they can get things swapped over. If your daughter is a minor, it might have something to do with that? But I’m not totally sure. https://d23.com/contact-us/
