Hey y’all, I’m Patty- your host and head fangirl in charge. Welcome to No-Guilt Fangirl, a site for entertainment lovers. You can reach me at email@example.com or @noguiltlife on all socials. I’m a movie critic, writer, and podcaster living in the Washington, DC area. My goal is to bridge the gap between casual fandom and picky critic with parent movie and television reviews.
Press Trips and Media Events
During my career as an entertainment writer, I’ve covered movies and television shows as a member of the media for Disney Studios, ABC TV, The Disney Channel, Disney Pixar Studios, 20th Century Fox, Disney+ and Marvel Studios.
Entertainment press junkets and red carpets include:
- Thor: Ragnarok Event
- The Mayor, ABC TV
- Incredibles 2 Press Days at Pixar Studios
- Incredibles 2 Event
- Big City Greens, Disney Channel
- Ralph Breaks the Internet Event
- The Rookie, ABC TV
- Single Parents, ABC TV
- Avengers: Endgame
- Lady and the Tramp
- Frozen 2
- Spies in Disguise
Parent Movie Reviews
With every movie I watch, I put together a parent movie review to let the adults in the room know what might be suitable for their family.
Not every movie needs to be dissected from an Oscar-potential standpoint, but every family should get a heads up if the content will work for them.
Inside the reviews, you’ll find helpful information such as run time, ratings, language used, sexual content, drug use, adult situations, violence, and when you can pee during the movie.
Yup. I go there- um, because I have to go *there* a lot. And if you’re heading to the theater with kids, you might need to know this information too.
