Age Rating of Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part I: Is It Safe For Teens When It Comes To Sex, Romance, and Nudity?
There is very little concerning content when it comes to sex, romance, and nudity in Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning.
There aren’t any sex scenes at all and only one shadowy nudity scene in the movie.
At a nightclub, there are what appear to be topless women and male dancers wearing g-string-type bottoms. It’s not very well-lit, so you don’t see a lot, but it might have been bare or almost bare breasts in brief scenes.
Violence and Gore: Is Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part I Too Scary For Kids Under 13?
If your kids have seen the previous movies, they will be prepared for what happens in this one.
There are the typical hand-to-hand fight scenes, people in peril, explosions, swords, knives, and guns throughout the movie. Deaths occur, but there’s very little in the way of gore or blood.
One scene early on that I feel needs a small trigger warning is about a submarine explosion. If by chance you have a family member serving on a sub, this one might be something to know about going into the movie.
There are visuals of floating, dead bodies from a submarine accident that could be upsetting for some kids.

There weren’t any visuals of people drinking or smoking in Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part I.
There are themes of grief, loss, and friendship that are discussed, but it doesn’t get too deep.
The movie is definitely action first, deep feels as a small side note.
