Age Rating of No Hard Feelings: Is It Safe For Teens When It Comes To Sex, Romance, and Nudity?
This movie’s plot is centered around hiring a young woman to “bring a young man out of his shell” and the parents are not shy that they mean in a sexual nature.
If your family is ok with raunchy humor, then this is the movie for you. But if nudity and frank sexual discussions or jokes are NOT something you are comfortable with- skip No Hard Feelings.
There is nudity in No Hard Feelings: a woman’s full frontal and backside are shown, and it’s not for a quick peek. There’s also a scene where a male’s butt is shown and his full front but hands cover genitalia.
Sexual acts range from awkward lap dancing to undressing in front of a potential partner.
Masturbation, vaginas, sex work, and more are covered in the movie.
Violence and Gore: Is No Hard Feelings Too Scary For Kids Under 17?
There is some violence in the movie, but it’s played for comedic effect. Though having my vagina punched doesn’t really sound funny, so, I don’t know. Maybe that’s just me?
Is No Hard Feelings Ok For Kids: Mature Topics
As mentioned above, this movie is highly sexualized which could be a hard stop for the teens in your family.
Characters smoke, drink, and do drugs.
Age Rating: What Ages Can Really Watch This One?
No Hard Feelings is rated R for some violence, sexual content, nudity, language, drug use, and crude humor.
Parents Guide: Is No Hard Feelings Appropriate For Kids Under 17?
As always, you know your kid best.
But we’re going to suggest that this movie is not appropriate for kids under 17 unless you truly are an American Pie type of movie-loving crew. If that’s your jam as a family, then you will probably enjoy this one.
For most kids, No Hard Feelings is not appropriate and should be saved for when they are a bit older.
