About Saw X
John Kramer (Tobin Bell) is back.
The most chilling installment of the SAW franchise yet explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game.
Set between the events of SAW I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable.
Armed with a newfound purpose, John returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through a series of ingenious and terrifying traps.

There is no sex in Saw X and there are some brief kissing scenes.
Violence and Gore: Is Saw X Too Scary For Kids Under 17?
This movie fits in with the franchise and other 9 Saw movies.
Gory and violent is the point.
Kids will see all kinds of mutilations, horrific surgeries, decapitations, yadda yadda yadda with all the blood and gore that goes with it.
It’s absolutely not a film franchise for kids in any way.
Is Saw X Ok For Kids: Mature Topics
There is some drug use and abuse as well as social drinking.
A character is dealing with a cancer diagnoses and a child is shown in danger.
Again, really not a movie for most kids.
Parents Guide: Is Saw X Appropriate For Kids Under 17?
As always, you know your kids best.
With movies like this, we say if you have been comfortable letting them watch movies like this in the past (any of the Saw films, Halloween Michael Myers movies, etc) then you are not going to have a worry about letting them see this one.
We’d suggest sticking to the 17 and up age rating for Saw X, however. It’s brutal and younger teens may have a hard time bouncing back from this one.
