The Walking Dead Movie Teaser
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D
My favorite- my Agents- is coming to an end.
Just before this panel started, the announcement was made that Season 7 would be AoS last season. I’d been listening to a podcast (Women of Marvel) and thought I picked up on something along those lines in a recent interview with Ming-Na Wen.
It had a great run, I’m sad to say goodbye, but… this is pretty epic. A preview of the last 4 episodes of the season.
A surprise straight from Comic-Con! There are FOUR episodes left of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Season 6, and we’ve got an EPIC look at what’s to come before tomorrow’s next installment!
I also hope this stays on Hulu or ends up on Disney+ because I could watch the series over and over again forever.
HBO His Dark Materials
I’m not familiar with these books or this series, but… you can bet I’m paying attention now!
HBO and BBC presents His Dark Materials, a new original series based on the global bestseller, premiering this fall.
#HBO #HisDarkMaterials
His Dark Materials stars Dafne Keen, James McAvoy, Ruth Wilson and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Adapting Philip Pullman’s award-winning trilogy of the same name, which is considered a modern masterpiece of imaginative fiction, the first season follows Lyra, a seemingly ordinary but brave young woman from another world. Her search for a kidnapped friend uncovers a sinister plot involving stolen children, and becomes a quest to understand a mysterious phenomenon called Dust.
As she journeys through the worlds, including our own, Lyra meets Will, a determined and courageous boy. Together, they encounter extraordinary beings and dangerous secrets, with the fate of both the living — and the dead — in their hands.
Terminator: Dark Fate Featurette
So we didn’t get a trailer- which was the rumor. But they did give a featurette that gives us a lot of our old faves.
And a lot of language as well. Just a heads up!
Terminator: Dark Fate is R rated.
Linda Hamilton (“Sarah Connor”) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (“T-800”) return in their iconic roles in Terminator: Dark Fate, directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and produced by visionary filmmaker James Cameron and David Ellison.
Following the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Terminator: Dark Fate also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta. Connect with #TerminatorDarkFate

Evil resurfaces in Derry as director Andy Muschietti reunites the Losers Club—young and adult—in a return to where it all began with “It Chapter Two.”
The film is Muschietti’s follow-up to 2017’s critically acclaimed and massive worldwide box office hit “IT,” which grossed over $700 million globally. Both redefining and transcending the genre, “IT” became part of the cultural zeitgeist as well as the highest-grossing horror film of all time.
Because every 27 years evil revisits the town of Derry, Maine, “It Chapter Two” brings the characters—who’ve long since gone their separate ways—back together as adults, nearly three decades after the events of the first film.
Top Gun: Maverick First Official Trailer
The need for speed is back, baby! And all of us Gen-Xers are HERE FOR IT.
Tom Cruise surprised the Paramount Pictures panel at San Diego Comic-Con and brought along the first official trailer from the Top Gun sequel.
There’s a zillion throwbacks to the original in this one 2 minute trailer.
And I’m not mad about it, to be honest. The first movie really isn’t that great, but it holds that nostalgia for me that I’m not ready to let go just yet.
Let’s see what Maverick can do when it’s released in 2020.
Paramount Pictures, Skydance and Jerry Bruckheimer Films Present Top Gun: Maverick. Starring Tom Cruise, Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell, and Lewis Pullman. With Ed Harris.
