It cannot be denied that I love a little Disney. Ok, so a lot of Disney. And nothing is more pleasing to the Disney fangirl in me than knowing that in a few short weeks I’ll be with my fellow Dis-nerds at the Disney D23 Expo in Anaheim. We’re letting the innter fangirl out on the No-Guilt Fangirl Podcast today talking a D23 Expo 101.

Everyone has their thing: their Super Bowl, their Oscars, their Christmas.
Mine is the biennial convention that Disney puts on every other year called the D23 Expo. And it’s happening August 23-25, 2019.
Theresa (@gertiethedino on Twitter) is back to talk about how & why we love D23 Expo. And we’ll share a few tips for you if you’re trying to decide if this is your thing or not.
Spoiler: it really is for everyone and there’s really no wrong way to Expo! You do you, boo!
But listen anyway because we share some super Disney nerdy moments and have a great time talking about this subject.
The Chris Evans Moment At D23 2015
When you listen to the podcast, you’ll hear me completely losing it about this moment when Chris Evans came on stage in the blue sweater. I mean, I lost it.
I said I’d post a picture.
Even better: I found the panel on YouTube. And it’s pretty close to what I remember – so I guess I did stay conscious while he was on stage. In fact, I’m pretty sure that’s me screaming in the back if you listen closely. ha!
And y’all, he’s just as big of a Disney dork as I am. Which makes him even that much more endearing to me!
