TikTok is an escape and creator Dan Mertzlufft is killing it with his own mini musicals on the platform. The Grocery Store musical was fab- and created additional spinoffs from other creators. Dan’s latest is Thanksgiving: the Musical, which James Corden decided needed some additional cast. You know, just a few Broadway greats chiming in: Kristin Chenoweth, Josh Gad, Patti LuPone, Josh Groban and Audra McDonald. Check out Dan’s reaction and give him a follow on TikTok!
Thanksgiving: The TikTok Musical With James Corden & All Of Broadway
I have to confess: I don’t do TikTok.
And this video is the prime example as to why!
There are so many creative, talented, and amazing people on the platform, I would basically forget to get anything accomplished if I had the app on my phone.
Scrolling for a 10 minute break in the day turned into 3 hours later… and welp, it had to go.
That being said: I ADORE what the creative content makers are coming up with. And bless Facebook and people like James Corden for feeding the gems in small doses!
This one came across my social feed and I just knew it needed a share.

James Corden always kills me, but when he gets his talented friends involved in the show, I’m totally there.
I make no secret that his Carpool Karaoke with Justin Beiber is my fave!
No JB this year (I mean, he’s Canadian so his Thanksgiving is long over) but James did pull in some of Broadway’s finest for this one.
Kristin Chenoweth, Josh Gad, Patti LuPone, Josh Groban and Audra McDonald.
Yup. You read that right.
And I gotta say, Ms. LuPone slays me with her turn as the saucy Grandma at Thanksgiving! May we all strive to be as fabulous one day.
