Tom Holland Loves Us 3000 and D23 Expo Exploded
Guys, the Marvel session is usually my favorite at D23 Expo. But this time? That honor goes to the new Pixar movie Onward.
It stars Chris Pratt and Tom Holland, so maybe this is a bit of a cheat since, well, we love these guys as our Marvel superheroes.
When Holland came on stage, the entire place went crazy. Like, legit almost a blue sweater-worthy moment. (See this post if you don’t know what I’m talking about!)
He couldn’t say a word without everyone letting him know just how much he is appreciated.

After the whole session, he came back on stage one more time and left us with this:
Tom Holland: “Listen, it’s been a crazy week, but I want you to know, I am grateful from the bottom of my heart, and I love you 3000.”
And we all jumped up, screamed, cried and cheered him off stage.
Honestly, it was so earnest and sweet and yeah, we love you too, Spider-Man.
Let’s hope Disney and Sony are still working things out because we ALL want this family to stick together.
So far, the rumors of a reconciliation have not been confirmed. I not-so-secretly hoped we would get that in the Studios Panel at D23 Expo, but it was not to be.
